Great podcast. I’m very much into fasting and enjoy it very much. Use 16-8 and 24 hours fasting which fits me good. Pat M also talk about fasting those days he play concerts.

I've tried Padle a couple of times, but I'm too much of a die-hard tennis fan to break down to Padle just yet... Maybe when I'm 80..?
