I’m curious if an element of the vids could be: “Does the super expensive pedal elevate a not so expensive bass or amp?” As a primarily upright classical player, a really nice bow can make a lesser upright really shine to the point where it makes up for the bass’s faults and shortcomings. So I’m curious if a pre/di can have a similar effect?
